100% of your donation goes directly to the animal organisations you choose. All fees — including payment processing — are covered by storiaroyale.com, so every cent you give reaches the animals.
Which organisation receives your donation?
Each cause on Help My Mates will be linked to one or more verified, participating animal organisations. When you allocate a percentage to a cause — say 40% to Koalas — that portion of your donation will be directed to the verified organisation (or organisations) linked to that cause. We are currently selecting and vetting our founding charity partners. No cause will go live with a real donation link until a verified partner organisation has agreed to participate and been confirmed. You will always be able to see exactly which organisation is receiving funds for each cause before you donate.

Secure payment via Stripe
Your payment is processed securely by Stripe. All fees are covered by storiaroyale.com — 100% of your nominated donation reaches the animals.
Funds are held, then distributed
Donations are held and distributed to our verified charity partners according to your chosen split. Distributions will occur on a regular schedule (at minimum monthly) once the platform is operational. No funds will be distributed until verified partner organisations are confirmed for each cause.
You receive a receipt
You will receive an email receipt for your donation showing the total amount and your chosen split. Please note: Help My Mates is not currently a registered charity or DGR organisation. Donations are not tax deductible at this stage. We will update this clearly when our charitable registration status changes.
We report honestly
Once real verified data exists, we will publish clear impact reports showing exactly where funds went, which organisations received what, and how the split was applied. We show zero rather than invented numbers.
Our charity partners
We are currently selecting and vetting our founding charity partners. Every organisation we list will be personally verified, will have agreed to participate, and will be clearly identified against the cause they support — before any donation is accepted. Until partners are confirmed, no donations will be distributed and no cause will be linked to a real payment.
Refunds & your rights
If you make a donation and are not satisfied, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of your donation. We will review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and respond within 5 business days. Once funds have been formally distributed to a confirmed charity partner, a full refund may not be possible — but we will always try to do the right thing. Refund requests should include your name, email address, donation date, and amount.
